My Story

Aloha! I was born and raised on the island of Kauai. I am humbled and grateful to be providing mental health services in the community that I grew up in. We all know how special Kauai and it's community is. I truly feel it takes a village to grow our keiki. I focus on youth, teens, and young adults suffering from depression, anxiety, & trauma related issues. I attended the University of Hawaii at Mānoa were I obtained my Master's in Social Work with a focus in Child & Family. I've been licensed in the State of Hawaii since 2015. I have 10 years of experience in mental crisis intervention services for youth 3-18 years of age. I am a trauma informed care educator. I have experience in early childhood education and enjoy working with families with children 0-5 years old on reaching milestones and providing child development education. Being able to support families in these early stages is an honor.
Note: I do not offer marriage counseling services or cases with court involvement, custody disputes, or divorce.
